How it Works

1. Idividuals purchase a Individual Subscription and enroll OR Employers purchase a Group Subscription to the Kardio Health and Wellness Rewards program and then invite their employees to enroll.


2. Once the Individual or Employee has activated their account they receive full access to the program and become Members of the KardioFit Health Wellness Rewards program.


3. Depending on the subscription package selected, Individuals and Employers are billed monthly or annually. Employers are only billed for active Employees.


4. All Members receive one sweepstakes entry consisting of six (6) randomly selected numbers and are automatically registered into the KardioFit $1 Million Mega Sweepstakes and Guaranteed Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly Cash Giveaways.


5. Members can earn additional Sweepstakes Entries each time they update their fitness and dieting activity or perform other qualifying actions.

The Drawings

Match 1 or more numbers on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday and receive entries into the weekly, monthly and quarterly guaranteed Prize Drawings.

$1 Million Mega Sweepstakes

All Members are automatically entered into three $1 Million Mega Sweepstakes Drawings per week. Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, we randomly select five white numbers and one red number using a state-of-the-art number picking software. We then post the winning numbers on the site after 5:00 PM PST. If you match all six numbers, you win the $1 Million Mega Sweepstakes!

Weekly $250 Drawing on Friday

If you match 2 or more numbers during either Monday, Wednesday, or Friday's $1 Million Mega Sweepstakes Drawing, you will be automatically entered into the guaranteed monthly, weekly and quarterly drawings.

Guaranteed Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Cash Giveaways

If you match 1 or more numbers during either Monday, Wednesday, or Friday's $1 Million Mega Sweepstakes Drawing, you will be automatically entered into that week's Guaranteed Prize Drawing. You will also be entered into the monthly and quarterly prize drawings. Every Monday, one lucky Member will win our Weekly $250 and Monthly $500 Giveaway. At the end of every Quarter we will select the winners of our $25,000 Cash Giveaway. The more numbers you match on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday, the more entries you will receive into the Guaranteed Cash Giveaway drawing:

· Match 1 number, receive 10 entries into Monday
· Match 2 numbers, receive 20 entries into Monday
· Match 3 numbers, receive 30 entries into Monday
· Match 4 numbers, receive 40 entries into Monday

Scaling Sweepstakes Entries

You can match numbers on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday and build up your entries throughout the entire week.

The Red Ball

If one of the numbers that you match on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday is the Red Ball, then you double your entries for that drawing into the Guaranteed Cash Giveaway Drawing.

The Scorecard

To keep track of all of your entries, we have created a personalized scorecard for you that will automatically keep you informed of your status throughout the week. As you and your friends match numbers on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, the scorecard will automatically update to reflect your entries into Friday and Monday and it will show you how you received them. The scorecard below is a hypothetical example of an employee who had matches and had friends who had matches throughout the week:
